Privacy Policy

How MindSpark handles puzzle progress, your player profile, Daily Spark, achievements, and advertising.

Effective October 11, 2026Developer: NIXORITAPackage: com.nixorita.mindspark

This Privacy Policy describes how NIXORITA (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information related to MindSpark (the “App”), an Android puzzle and brain-teasing application. MindSpark is free to use and is supported by advertising. The App does not require a NIXORITA account.

Gameplay stays localPuzzle saves, best scores, earned points, streaks, achievements, and collection choices are stored on your device.
No account or cloud syncYour nickname, avatar and gameplay records do not need a NIXORITA account or a NIXORITA gameplay server.
Ads & privacy choicesGoogle AdMob provides ads. Google UMP manages advertising consent and privacy options where applicable.

1. Information stored on your device

Puzzle activity and progression. MindSpark saves puzzle completion state, best verified results or scores, earned points, league and division progression, achievements, and other game-play records so you can return to challenges without losing progress.

Daily Spark. The App stores your locally recorded daily challenge completions, awards and streak history to show progress and avoid granting duplicate rewards for the same date.

Player profile and collection. Your chosen nickname, avatar, earned titles or frames, and equipped appearance can be saved locally. These are in-app choices, not a cloud profile.

Preferences. The App may remember your selected language, display preferences and other settings on your device. Core puzzle play does not require you to register an account or submit your contact details.

2. Advertising and third-party services

MindSpark uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK for advertising, including formats such as banners, interstitial ads, optional rewarded ads, and app-open ads. Rewarded ads are optional offers for specified in-game assistance; core puzzles remain free to play.

Google's advertising technology may automatically process information such as IP address (which may indicate approximate geographic location), ad and app interactions, diagnostic or performance information, and device or app identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID or app set ID, where available). Depending on device settings, region, privacy choices and Google's configuration, this information may support ad delivery, personalization where permitted, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention and security.

Google and its advertising partners handle data according to their own applicable policies and settings. Read the Google Privacy Policy and Google information about advertising technologies.

3. Advertising consent and your choices

MindSpark uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present consent requests or privacy choices where required. Available options vary by country or region, legal requirements and configuration. Where MindSpark offers a privacy-options control, you can use it to review or change available advertising choices.

Your Android device settings may also offer controls for advertising identifiers and other privacy preferences. Choosing not to allow personalized advertising does not necessarily remove ads from the App.

4. How we use and share information

Data stored locally by MindSpark is used to continue your puzzles, record earned progress, display Daily Spark history, personalize your in-app profile and show earned achievements and collection items. NIXORITA does not operate a gameplay cloud-sync or account service that receives your stored puzzle solutions, nickname, achievement history or daily streak as part of MindSpark's core functionality.

We do not sell locally saved puzzle progress or your in-app nickname. Advertising technology can receive and process information described in Section 2 to deliver and measure ads, subject to applicable privacy controls.

5. Sharing your progress

If you choose MindSpark's sharing feature, the App may prepare a summary including your chosen nickname, completed puzzles, earned points, daily streak or featured achievement and open Android's sharing interface. You choose whether and where to share it. An external app or service you select may process that content under its own privacy policy.

6. Internet access and permissions

MindSpark's core puzzle and progression features are designed for use on your device. Internet connectivity may be used for advertising, advertising-consent messages and related third-party services. Advertising technology may use network and advertising identifier capabilities made available by Android and the installed SDKs. Core puzzles do not require device location access to calculate or solve puzzles.

7. Data retention and deletion

Locally saved game records and preferences generally remain on your device until changed using available in-app controls, Android's Clear storage / Clear data option, or removal of the App. Android device backups, if enabled, may be governed by your device and backup-provider settings. MindSpark does not provide a NIXORITA gameplay account or server-side game-history deletion service because the described core records are saved locally.

Information handled by Google or other third-party services may be retained or deleted according to their applicable policies, privacy controls and legal obligations.

8. Security

MindSpark is designed to keep core gameplay records on the device and avoid unnecessary account-based collection. Network processing by third-party services uses those services' security practices. No electronic storage or communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children's privacy

MindSpark does not provide account registration or request a child's contact information for puzzle gameplay. Advertising is provided through third-party technology, subject to its policies, applicable law, and the App's audience and consent configuration. Parents or guardians with questions about a child's use of MindSpark may contact us using the details below.

10. Your privacy inquiries

You may contact us about this policy, the information handled by MindSpark, or privacy choices at nixorita990@gmail.com. Advertising-related choices may additionally be available in the App, through Android settings, or through Google's own privacy tools.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this page when MindSpark's features, advertising integrations, privacy practices or applicable requirements change. The effective date above indicates the latest published version of this policy.
