Privacy Policy

1. Information stored on your device

Gameplay and progression. Crystal Forge stores game progress and records needed to continue play, including best scores, Daily Forge and Journey progress, progression and discovery records, resonance or in-game economy state, relic and collection state, seasonal progress and rewards, event archive/history, and related run records.

Settings and presentation. The App stores settings such as sound, music, voice, effects, difficulty, haptics and other presentation preferences. It may also store locally cached LiveOps configuration, installed seasonal-package state, First Spark completion state, cosmetic selections, temporary cosmetic-trial state, and other install-specific operational data.

Local save remains available. Crystal Forge is designed so local progress remains the primary on-device record even when network features or Google Play Games cloud continuity are unavailable.

2. Google Play Games cloud continuity and player profile

Crystal Forge integrates Google Play Games Services. When a Google Play Games profile is authenticated, the App can access the Play Games player identifier and display name needed to show the selected profile and associate cloud continuity with the correct Play Games account.

The App uses a Google Play Games saved-game snapshot to synchronize selected gameplay data, such as core progress and best scores, Daily Forge and Journey progress, records and discoveries, resonance/economy progress, seasonal progress and rewards, seasonal journey data, event archive/history, and certain local-best or reminder records. Device-only settings, developer/operator state and other install-specific data are not intended to be part of the cloud profile.

Cloud continuity requires Google Play Games authentication and internet access. If you are signed out or offline, local progress remains available and the App can resume synchronization when the service becomes available again.

3. Google Play Games leaderboards

Crystal Forge can submit eligible competitive scores to Google Play Games leaderboards and can display leaderboard entries provided by Google Play Games. Depending on the leaderboard and your Play Games settings, leaderboard information can include score data and Play Games player profile information such as player identity or display name.

Only runs that satisfy the App's competitive eligibility rules are submitted. Local-only or ineligible runs remain outside the applicable Google Play leaderboard flow.

4. Advertising and advertising consent

Crystal Forge uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK for advertising. The current advertising design uses natural-break interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads, including rewarded offers associated with features such as Cosmetic Trials and Second Spark. Crystal Forge does not use banner ads or app-open ads in the current implementation.

Google advertising technology may automatically process information such as IP address (which may indicate approximate geographic location), app and ad interactions, diagnostic or performance information, and device or app identifiers such as the Android advertising ID or app set ID where available. Depending on your region, device settings, consent choices and Google's configuration, this information may be used for ad delivery, personalization where permitted, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention and security.

Crystal Forge uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present advertising consent requests or privacy options where required. Choosing not to allow personalized advertising does not necessarily remove advertising from the App.

5. Google Play purchases and cosmetic entitlements

Crystal Forge uses Google Play Billing for eligible one-time in-app purchases, including permanent cosmetic ownership where offered. Google Play handles the purchase transaction and payment method. NIXORITA does not receive your full payment-card details from Google Play.

The App receives purchase and product information needed to open the purchase flow, determine whether an eligible product is owned or pending, grant the corresponding in-game entitlement, restore purchases, and acknowledge completed purchases. Crystal Forge can store local entitlement state so owned cosmetics remain available in the game, while Google Play remains involved in purchase verification and restoration.

6. LiveOps, seasonal events and downloadable content

Crystal Forge contacts NIXORITA LiveOps and content-delivery services to retrieve current event configuration and, when needed, download verified seasonal or cosmetic content packages. These requests can involve standard network information such as IP address, request timing, requested resource, user-agent or other technical metadata ordinarily processed by web hosting and content-delivery infrastructure.

Seasonal package downloads are verified by the App using expected package identities, sizes and cryptographic hashes before use. LiveOps configuration determines when supported events are active; it does not require precise device-location permission.

7. Sharing game results

If you choose Crystal Forge's sharing feature, the App can generate a result image and accompanying text on your device and open Android's system sharing interface. You choose whether to share and which external app or service receives the result. The selected external service handles shared content according to its own privacy policy.

8. Internet access and device permissions

Crystal Forge uses internet and network-state access for features such as LiveOps, downloadable event content, Google Play Games, advertising and Google Play Billing. The App also uses vibration/haptic capability for gameplay feedback.

The current Android manifest does not request Android precise or approximate location permission, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS or phone-call permissions. Third-party network services may still infer approximate location from information such as IP address as described in their policies.

9. How information is used and shared

Locally stored information is used to operate Crystal Forge, preserve progression and preferences, enforce game and event state, provide cosmetics, and resume play. Google Play Games information is used for cloud continuity and competitive leaderboard features. Google Mobile Ads information is processed for advertising and related measurement or security purposes. Google Play Billing information is used to process and restore eligible purchases.

We do not sell your locally stored Crystal Forge gameplay progress. Information is shared with or processed by service providers only as needed for the features described in this policy or as otherwise required by law.

10. Retention and deletion

On-device Crystal Forge data generally remains until it is replaced by later game state, cleared through Android's Clear storage / Clear data controls, or removed when the App is uninstalled. The App's Android configuration disables standard application backup, although third-party services described in this policy can maintain their own account-based records.

Google Play Games cloud snapshots and leaderboard records, Google advertising information, and Google Play purchase records are governed by Google's applicable retention rules and account/privacy controls. You can manage your Google Play Games account and related settings through Google services and Android settings.

11. Security

Crystal Forge uses HTTPS-only network configuration for its normal remote services and verifies supported downloadable content using package metadata and cryptographic hashes before activation. Core gameplay records are designed to remain locally available if network services fail. No electronic storage, network or account system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Children's privacy

Crystal Forge does not provide a NIXORITA account-registration system or ask players to submit contact information for core gameplay. Google services used by the App are subject to their own policies, applicable law, Play Store configuration and advertising-consent requirements. Parents or guardians with questions about a child's use of Crystal Forge may contact us using the details below.
